Solomon Sonya(@0xSolomonSonya) is currently a graduate student at Purdue University. Previously, Solomon was the creator and Commander of a special Air Force Cyber Operations Formal Training Unit. Before this position, he was a distinguished Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the United States Air Force Academy. He specializes in applied Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), software development, malware analysis, covert channels, steganography, distributed computing, computer hacking, information protection paradigms, and cyber warfare. He received his Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science and has master’s degrees in Computer Science, Information System Engineering, and Military Operational Art and Science. Solomon’s current research includes AI heterogeneous classification ensembles, computer system exploitation, cyber threat intelligence, digital forensics, and data protection.
